iZigg uses “credits” to keep track of the messages you send to your contacts. It costs 1 credit to send 1 SMS message, and 4 credits to send an MMS message or Contact Card.

How much do credits cost?
SMS marketing pricing can range from $0.02 – $0.04 per SMS based on your provider. Monthly plans usually cost between $45 – $500+ per month.
If you have high-volume messaging needs, iZigg is able to offer high-throughput enterprise level SMS marketing solutions at competitive prices.
Can I purchase more credits?
At iZigg, we know your needs can change from month to month. Once you have purchased a plan, you can add more credits at any time.
And to help you maximize the value of all your credits, iZigg offers rollover credits. Your unused credits remain active for 60 days.
How many credits do I need?
The best way to estimate how many credits you will need is to look at your current subscriber list and how often you would like to send messages.
Multiply your total subscribers by the number of messages you would like to send to get an idea of how many credits you may need.
Do message credits rollover?
Yes, for customers on monthly plans with unused credits, they rollover for an additional 60 days, as long as your subscription is active.
For customers on annual plans or pay-as-you-go plans, all credits will be received upfront and will expire 12 months later.
Why do MMS require more credits?
SMS messages are text-only messages that can have content up to 160 characters.
MMS messages can contain text up to 1600 characters long, and can include an image, video, emojis, or gif. These messages cost more to send due to carrier charges and restrictions.
Can I get a dedicated short code?
Short codes are fun and easy-to-remember. They can be used to run campaigns that are otherwise prohibited, including text-to-win programs.
